Customers must present eligible same-day original receipt(s) together with the Octopus card used for parking payment when redeeming the privilege. A maximum of 3 eligible electronic receipts from tenants of Monterey Place, Capri Place, or Savannah Place may be combined for each redemption. Eligible receipts must clearly show the merchant name and relevant machine-printed transaction details. Each set of valid receipts may be used for one vehicle only, and each vehicle may enjoy the complimentary parking privilege once per day, with a maximum of 2 hours of complimentary parking.
