Redeem the free parking privilege in person at the 3/F Customer Service Centre. For a 1-hour redemption, a maximum of 2 sets of same-day machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips from different merchants may be accumulated; for a 2-hour redemption, a maximum of 3 sets may be accumulated. The privilege must be used on the same day, and members entering the car park with Octopus must present and use the same Octopus card for the parking redemption.
