Starting from 1 September 2023, free parking offers are only applicable to registered The Point members. On Monday to Friday (except public holidays), if the total redeemed parking hours reach 5 hours, customers must redeem in person at the Customer Care Centre. Southbound Travel bonus parking requires presentation of the Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao and the International Circulation Permit (Mainland vehicles) issued by the Transport Department. Free parking redemption points include the Customer Care Centre on Level 4, Phase I; the Customer Care Centre on Level 1, Phase III; and the B Lift Lobby at the Upper Basement of Phase I during designated hours.
