Redeem the free parking privilege in person at The ONE UG2 Customer Service Centre between 10:00am and 11:59pm on the same day. A maximum of 2 same-day original machine-printed receipts from different merchants may be used. Handwritten, photocopied, reprinted, split and other ineligible receipts specified by the mall are not accepted. Each set of valid receipts can enjoy a maximum of 3 hours of free parking per vehicle per day. Parking time is calculated from vehicle entry to exit, and parking beyond the redeemed free hours is charged at the prevailing hourly rate. The free parking privilege can be used together with the separate Lunch Parking privilege.
